Pirts sessions are adapted to the individual needs and wishes of every Pirts lover to allow the regenerative process in body and spirit to take place.
Duration: approx. 4 hours

Pirts session includes:
• Warming your body with warm air or warm besoms, surrounded by plant fragrances
• Vibrating and rubbing your body with specially prepared bundles of plants or chips of bark from different trees
• Heating your body with steam or hot besoms
• Swatting with a variety of besoms, made of different trees and plants
• Toughening your body - contrast procedure using herb water
• Swim in the pond (guided swimming is possible in suitable weather conditions)
• Relaxing on a hay bed/cushion in the ambience of forest sounds
• Warming treatment with warm besoms and plants
• Body rub with honey
• The Pirts session is concluded with rest, chat and refreshments (Ziedlejas herbal tea, homemade bread, fruit and honey).

The Pirts Master leads the session - s/he shows the group how to enjoy Pirts and performs one of the procedures (a scrub or swatting) on each individual.

The Healing Pirts Ritual is a special in-depth procedure, during which healing of psycho-emotional trauma and, if applicable, untangling of interpersonal relationship issues takes place.
This ritual utilizes complementary and alternative medicine as well as transpersonal methods of psychology. It also involves diagnostics and healing of physical trauma and health complications.
This ritual is suitable if you wish to attend to your emotions by ridding yourself of destructive conscious or subconscious issues - offense, anxiety, fear and others.
The healing ritual is suitable for one or two individuals. Please contact the Pirts Master in advance of the ritual. Working through complex or serious issues may require a healing course or repeated healing rituals.

The bride is at the centre of attention, enjoying Pirts and this special time with close friends before entering marriage, and with it a different pace of life.
